How do prenatal classes work?

Your Birth, Your Way — Personalized Support Every Step of the Journey

Whether you’re looking for private one-on-one sessions, the NAITRE group program (a one-year hybrid experience), or an in-person workshop in the beautiful Laurentians, I adapt to your needs and schedule.

We can meet:

  • Online – private sessions or my NAITRE group program

  • In person – at my cozy studio in Mont-Tremblant, in the comfort of your home, or for a full-day immersive workshop at the stunning Domaine Taïga in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts

My mission: To help you and your partner feel confident, prepared, and empowered so you can actively participate in your pregnancy and birth. I’ll give you the tools to work with your body, not against it, and make birth a smoother, more supported experience.

Body Ready Method — Preparing the Whole Body for Birth

I’m proud to be certified in the Body Ready Method, a revolutionary approach to preparing the pregnant body.
This highly personalized method helps:

  • Reduce pregnancy aches and pains

  • Support a more efficient birth

  • Speed up postpartum recovery

Through customized exercises, we aim for optimal body alignment in your daily life.
You’ll also learn:

  • Labor positions for each stage of birth to help your baby navigate the pelvis

  • How to protect your pelvic floor during pregnancy and birth

  • Breathing techniques to support baby’s descent during pushing

While I integrate these concepts into my prenatal classes, the best results come with private Body Ready Method sessions — usually three during pregnancy.

What are the different types of massage you offer?

Swedish massage: this is the most taught and practiced massage technique in Quebec. Swedish massage is a versatile technique with multiple benefits. It is first of all a massage that tones and relaxes the muscles. It also promotes blood and lymphatic circulation as well as the elimination of toxins. This technique can be practiced for both therapeutic and relaxation purposes. I adapt according to the client. I use organic fractionated coconut oil (a chain of fat has been removed so it doesn't leave a greasy film on clothes) for this treatment.

Sports massage: it is a therapeutic technique, which intervenes on disorders related to sports practice. Of course, it is possible to relax with a sports massage; it is even one of its objectives when practiced after training or competition! However, this type of massage also responds to the typical needs of the athlete: limitation of aches, treatment of cramps, or even preparation of the muscles.

Deep tissue massage: also called "deep tissue", deep tissue massage is a technique that aims to stretch and relax the different layers of muscle tissue and surrounding fascia. In addition to providing pain relief, this type of massage helps to improve mobility restrictions resulting from tensions or musculoskeletal injuries. Unlike other techniques whose action is associated with the sliding of the hands over the skin, the deep tissue massage works instead the muscle by gripping and stretching it, without using oil, which offers an effect more globally on fabrics.

Prenatal massage: from the 4th month of pregnancy. I adapt to each woman with a specialized pillow to lay on the belly or on the side according to comfort. Certain pressure points and stronger maneuvers are avoided.

How do we proceed for the payment and the insurance receipt?

You can pay in person with cash or by credit card *fees will be charged if you pay by credit card. The insurance receipt will be delivered to you in person after your massage. I am a member of the FQM with 1120 hours of training in my file.
